School Caretaker Salary: £13 - £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: York YO24
Dates: To start as soon as possible
Hours: 7am - 10am and 2.15 - 6pm
Reed Education are delighted to be supporting a large primary school in York to provide them with a School Caretaker to join their team on a temporary basis.

Day to Day of the role:
*Maintaining the cleanliness and security of the school building and grounds
*Performing basic repairs and maintenance on the building and equipment
*Ensuring that health and safety regulations are upheld
*Managing the school’s key and alarm systems
*Supervising the set-up and breakdown of equipment for events and activities
*Coordinating with outside contractors for larger repairs and maintenance projects

What we’re looking for:
*Experience in a similar role in education is preferred but not essential
*A highly motivated individual with strong communication and organisational skills *Someone who can work independently, and collaboratively with others
*An enhanced DBS on the update service is required for this role (we can support applicants with a check if necessary)
