Job Title: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who provide dynamic and innovative design services across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant who can help deliver on a range of commercial and residential projects.

To be successful in applying for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will need to have completed your RIBA part 2 qualification with good experience post qualification with a UK architectural practice. You will also need good experience within the commercial sector and proficiency with Revit.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Associate Architect:

• Completed you RIBA Part 2 qualification
• A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience is essential
• Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
• In the process of completing the RIBA Part 3 qualification
• Experience working on projects within the commercial or residential sector
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of UK building and planning regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK drivers license
• Live locally within the York Area
