We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join our Property Services team in York. This role will be working in the Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Maintenance team. You will be working throughout North Yorkshire to provide Electrical services to the companies housing stock.

Working for an established Housing Association you will be required to provide excellent customer service and high quality workmanship at all times.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the following working patterns;

• 8am - 4pm
• 9am - 5pm
• 10am - 6pm

• Base Salary of £37,059
• Company Van Provided
• Emergency Call Out Payments
• Overtime Available

• Experience in Domestic Electrical Repairs and Maintenance
• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Equivalent
• Full UK Driving Licence
• 18th Edition / 2391 is Desirable
