Site Operative (Waste/Recycling)

Circa £14 per hour (Permanent Employment)

We are working several permanent days based roles in Worcester for candidates with a background working in construction/recycling or a yard, operating grabbing machinery (Terex) and 360 machinery.

This family-owned company are going through a huge period of growth over the course of 2025 and 2026 and need skilled people to assist; this Site Operative role would encompass the following:

• General yard duties to include moving materials (outside)
• Operating either a 360 scrap handler (static) or a static waste grabbing machine to move materials
• Basic maintenance and upkeep of the machinery
• Helping with other members of staff in the yard

These Site Operative roles are all permanent employment and working days (typically 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 0700-1700)) and immediate starts. The company are offering the following:
