Role - Communications Business Partner

Location - Hybrid - London (NE) - Just north of Woodford

Salary - Upto £65k (Negotiable dependant on experience) + Car Allowance and Packaged Benefits

Please note - although this role is with a National Building contractor, my client will consider applicants from other sectors outside of construction

Day to day responsibilities:

• This role is for Internal and External communications
• Direct communication plans and and key messages around Projects and aligned to, the overall communications strategy
• Develop and deliver campaigns, projects and events
• Operations guidance to reactive communications - highlight the strategic priorities and values of the Group business
• Providing strategic consultations to stakeholders with the delivery of important communications
• Head up digitisation, innovation and new ways of thinking to support with the evolving needs of the business internally and externally
• Measure the success of activities, including trends and impact

Key Attributes:

• Experience working in complex organisations with strengths surrounding internal and external marketing/communications
• influencing business leaders and confidence with networking
• Confidence with building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to project manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent writing and presentation skills to develop high quality engaging content
