Reed has been retained to recruit for a Construction Machinery organisation that is looking to bring in a Senior Accountant into thier senior leadership team that will be responsible for all company accounting alongside giving high level advice to the directorate team.
So what would your responsibilities be?

Financial reporting including both Management & Stat Accounts

Assisting the Managing Director with Budgeting & Forecasting

Account Reconciliation
-
Analysis & effective business partnering
-
Tax compliance and FOREX
-
Looking at continuous improvements & efficiencies

Fixed assets & depreciation
-
Month & year end

But what experience do you need?
-
Fully qualified, ACA, ACCA or CIMA
-
Exposure to the Construction, Manufacturing or Engineering sectors is highly desirable

Experience with Sage 50 is highly desirable
-
Experience with international tax & FOREX is desirable
-
A hands on mentality with the ability to give honest prudent advice
