I am currently looking for a Roofer to join a leading contractors refurbishment and maintenance team on a permanent basis.

I am looking to speak to a Roofer who:

Has a clear criminal record - due to the buildings you will be maintaining, an enhanced DBS check will need to be taken on you by your new employer
Has maintenance and refurbishment experience
Has a clean driving license

The Roofer will be expected to:

Complete refurbs and maintenance on commercial buildings, such as Hospitals, Schools, Prisons and pubs

In return, the Roofer will receive:

A salary of £35k per year (negotiable on experience)
Company vehicle and fuel card
Phone allowance
Excellent pension scheme
Many other benefits
