H9 Technical are currently looking to recruit a Proposals Manager to join a world leading renewables and environmental company, based in Wolverhampton.

The role is available on a hybrid basis (ideally 3 days in office), with a highly competitive salary and benefits package on offer for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading the development of proposals that align with client requirements and company goals
• Creating strategic plans for proposals
• Creating content for proposals
• Ensuring proposals comply with RFP standards
• Working with various teams to enhance proposals
• Maintaining schedules
• Organizing resources
• Coordinating inputs and reviews
• Ensuring bid strategy implementation
• Resolving internal team issues
• Providing process leadership

Experience & Qualifications:

• Technical/engineering background preferred
• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) desirable but not essential
• Experience of working in the Power Generation sector such as renewables, energy from waste, biomass, CHP, desirable.
• 5+ years of proposals, bids and tenders experience on high value industrial scale projects.
• Strong communication skills.
