Role Title: Warehouse Operative

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring all components are correct, complete, and protected.
• Support with loading of goods safely for transport, adhering to H&S and handling procedures
• Check documentation (delivery notes, labels, packing lists) for accuracy
• Inspect finished cabinets, doors, and components to ensure compliance with technical drawings, quality standards, and specifications.
• Identify defects or non-conformances of goods from internal and outsourced suppliers and initiate rework or corrective actions
• Complete quality checklists and documentation for production and audit purposes
• Assist in inventory control by flagging damaged or missing components.
• Intake of goods and placement in correct areas with necessary paperwork complete.
• Support ALL other areas and carry out required tasks when necessary.
• Provide FULL support to other members of the despatch team when required.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. pallet trucks, forklifts)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
