Accounts Assistant

Description

  • Support the Accounting & Finance department in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with financial statements preparation and general ledger functions.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial documents and compliance with relevant legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement financial strategies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
  • Participate in regular audits and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Experience within a similar role previously.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
