Description
-
Printing and logging incoming invoices on accounts payable/Sage, issuing them for approval, and updating Sage/Accounts post-payment.
-
Generating and uploading sales invoices.
-
Overseeing credit control, including managing the accounts receivable ledger, pursuing overdue payments, and addressing supplier inquiries.
-
Assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting.
-
Assisting in client projects.
-
Organising and filing invoices and statements.
-
Reconciling monthly supplier statements.
-
Performing daily bank reconciliations using Sage.
-
Assisting with the weekly payment run.
-
Verifying receipts, calculating VAT, and summarising expenses.
-
Providing support to the team where needed.
-
Serving as the primary contact for external auditors.
-
Demonstrating proficiency with accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
