Your new role

• Attend client meetings
• Produce all electrical design calculations and be conversant with Amtech, Dialux, and Relux
• Produce designs in CAD and REVIT
• Be able to present designs for stage / peer review
• Undertake condition surveys
• Undertake third party review of designs
• Attend and manage contracts from inception to completion
• Have experience across a wide range of sectors

What you'll need to succeed The team in Winchester is well established and successful with a wide range of exciting projects ranging from:

• Theatres and Auditoria
• High Rise Apartments
• Prime Residential one off houses
• CAT A and B fit out
• Peer review for £100m+ projects
• Defence and Security projects
• Healthcare
• Retail
• Oversees works

To be successful in this role, you will have an accredited Building Services degree or higher educational qualification and experience in a similar role. Ideally chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer status with a suitable institution.You will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our clients and our highly skilled project teams. You will also need to show a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating a high level of diligence and organisational skills.
