Overview of the role:
Were looking for a Multi Skilled Operative whos confident across multiple trades but with a strong background as a joiner . Youll be handling a variety of on-site tasks, ensuring all joinery and maintenance work is completed to excellent standards.

The Role:

• Measuring, shaping, and cutting timber to create shop fittings, casings, and other joinery items.

• Installing fittings, doors, and skirting, while assisting with general building and repair work as needed.

• Ensuring the site remains clean, organised, and safe, including waste management and van inspections.

• Delivering and collecting materials, maintaining vehicle standards, and supporting the wider team.

• Following all company health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a joiner or multi skilled tradesperson.

• Full UK driving licence.

• CSCS card.

• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.

Experience:

• Confident working across carpentry, joinery , and basic maintenance.

• Able to work independently with a proactive, positive attitude.

• Good communication and organisation skills.

• Comfortable completing reports and checklists.
