About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our offices and warehouse. You will work closely with our Admin & H&S Manager to maintain a safe and efficient workplace, while also supporting our dynamic reception team.
Key Responsibilities:

Building Management:
-
Oversee maintenance and repairs of building installations.

Manage contracts for utilities and services (e.g., electric, gas, water, cleaning, security).

Coordinate new building projects, including budgeting, contractor management, and project oversight.

Communicate with stakeholders about building-related matters.
-
Handle telephone system and mobile phone maintenance with the IT department.

Manage daily server backups and off-site storage.
-
Arrange for office and warehouse key cutting as needed.

Administrative Support:

Cover reception duties during the receptionist’s breaks and absences.

Gather quotes and place orders for general and special project purchases.
-
Record and manage department credit card transactions monthly.

Maintain and manage company merchandise stock levels, orders, and records.

Prepare outgoing parcels for company swag.

General Duties:

Perform any other administrative tasks as required.

Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload effectively.
