Job Duties:
Manage and oversee all on-site activities, including subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor and control project budgets and schedules
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Responsible for quality control and assurance
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS certification
CSCS certification
First Aid certification
NVQ Level 6
Scaffold certification
Temporary works certification
Valid Driving Licence
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of traditional or timber frame new build housing
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional health and safety certifications
Project management qualifications
Working Conditions:
The role involves working on construction sites, which may require outdoor work and exposure to varying weather conditions. Travel to different project locations may be necessary
