Job Title: New Build Plumbing & Heating Installer Sub-Contractors

About the Role:
My client is looking for experienced Plumbing & Heating Installers to join a well-established team working on new build residential developments. Sub-contract positions available. Youll be responsible for the installation of full plumbing and heating systems on a variety of new build sites, from first fix to final handover.

Responsibilities:
First and second fix plumbing and heating installations
Installing heating systems including radiators, pipework, and boilers (predominantly gas)
Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
Working from technical drawings and site plans
Ensuring all installations meet current regulations and quality standards
Working efficiently to meet build schedules and deadlines
Liaising with site managers and other trades as required
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Proven experience in plumbing & heating on new build developments
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
Domestic Gas Qualifications
Gas Safe registered (desirable but not essential for all roles)
Full UK driving licence
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
CSCS Card
