We are hiring for a permanent Multi-Skilled Operative in the Ealing area to join our client, who is a well-established housing association.

Salary: Up to £35,278.74
Location : Ealing
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of general repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and glazing
Work independently while maintaining strong teamwork
Travel within the Ealing/Kent area, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout

Role Criteria:

Extensive experience in multiple trades (Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Glazing)
Full UK Driving License
Own tools required
Happy with travel
Strong teamwork and self-initiative skills
Excellent communication and IT skills (for PDA use)
