We are currently working on behalf of a local council who are looking for an experienced and qualified Multi Trade Operative to carry out repairs on occupied and void properties.

This is a static role so no van and fuel card will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide range of carpentry and multi-trade works including, but not limited to, plumbing, plastering, decorating (both externally and internally) and tiling, using schedule of rates.
• Floor joists, floor boards, stud work, skirting boards, hanging doors and door saddles, installing kitchens, cupboards, shelving and lock changes.
• Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry and Joinery (required)
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
