We have a new opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations across the London Borough of Ealing.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide variety of responsive repairs and/or planned maintenance works within occupied and void properties.
• Using an electronic hand held device (PDA) to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
• Actively dealing with tenant issues and complaints in a positive and effective manner
• Repairing or replacing windows and doors
• Kitchen repairs, including worktop replacement, unit replacement, kick boards, and basic sheet flooring.
• Bathroom installations or repairing/replacing any component within toilets, sinks, and baths.
• Repairing or replacing wall tiles, patch plastering and decorating.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
