Our client, based just outside of Cardiff, is currently recruiting for a Multi-Trade Plumber (Wet rooms) on a 6 month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £22.50 per hour paid on a CIS Basis via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience fitting adapted wet rooms, strong plumbing skills and the ability to undertake a variety of other trade tasks when required.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.
• Installing and refurbishing adapted bathrooms and wet rooms to meet accessibility requirements.
• Undertaking multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and general maintenance.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with relevant regulations and standards.
• Providing excellent customer service while working in residents' homes.

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00pm (15:30 Fridays)
