Description

Manage the accounts payable function and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

Prepare and process invoices, and reconcile vendor statements.

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team and other departments to ensure efficiency in operations.

Handle vendor queries and build strong relationships with suppliers.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Participate in financial audits and assist in the preparation of audit documents.

Contribute to team efforts in achieving departmental and company goals.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:

3+ years experience in a AP position

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
