Health, Safety and Facilities Manager required for this new permanent opportunity located just North of Cambridge City.
The successful candidate will be have extensive experience in facilities management with a proven responsibility for Health & Safety, budgeting and contractor/line management.
Salary: £50-55,000pa
Duties:
Management of Health and Safety relevant to the business.
Adherence to the company policies and procedures
Delivery of physical security measures
Budgeting and management of operational and capital budgets
Responsible for catering contractor service delivery
Responsible for all aspects of front of house
Liaising with insurance providers, landlords etc
Developing property strategy, lease management and landlord relationship
