Site Manager - Warrington/North West England

Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across England and deals with very exclusive clients.

They are looking for a Project Manager to work on various projects around Warrington, Manchester and the North West of England. They require someone with experience as a Site Manager working on fit out, M&E and Civils projects with a good working understanding of M&E , ideally coming off the tools from an M&E based trade . When not on site, you'll be expected to be surveying and pricing new works .

The ideal Site Manager will have:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out and M&E projects
• Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS
