A Quality focused Housing Developer are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team.
They have a number of new exciting traditional projects starting up across Warrington and Liverpool.
Job Duties:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing construction activities on site

Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times

Manage subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met

Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager regularly

Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and suppliers
Required Qualifications:

SMSTS certification
-
CSCS card
-
First Aid certification
-
Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
2+ years experience in traditional new build housing projects
Knowledge and Skills:
-
Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
-
Experience in Site Management
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Working Conditions:

On-site work in various weather conditions
