Description

Administering and managing company debtor accounts.

Developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via phone, email, and other communication methods.

Resolving any issues or discrepancies in customer accounts.

Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to maintain accurate records and reports.

Implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures for debt collection.

Proactively identifying potential debtor issues and implementing solutions.

Regularly reviewing debtor balances and payment plans.

Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:

A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
