This isn’t a desk job — it’s a
hands-on role
where you’ll lead a small team, get stuck in, and make a real impact every day.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and working alongside your own cleaning team
Delivering high standards on active construction and fit-out sites
Reporting daily to the site and cleaning managers
Driving a company van between locations
What we’re looking for:
At least
1 year of cleaning + supervisory experience
A
full UK driving licence
(essential)
A
CSCS card
(or willingness to get one — we’ll help!)
Someone reliable, proactive, and ready to lead by example
Location:
Warrington & surrounding areas
Hours:
Full-time (with option of a
37.5-hour, 5-day week
)
