About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Parking Services Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, and customer service within our parking services function. This role is integral to ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory adherence, and high levels of client and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Compliance Duties

Process and manage
ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition)
data.

Review, assess, and respond to
appeals
in line with company guidelines.

Prepare and submit
POPLA evidence packs
.

Handle
settlement negotiations
and arrange payment plans where required.

Support
audit preparation
and evidence gathering for
BPA and DVLA compliance
.

Maintain and update
operational procedures, records, and documentation
.
Customer & Client Support
-
Manage
customer enquiries and complaints
, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.

Support
client requests
, including assistance with permit systems and online portals.

Resolve
service-related issues
efficiently.

Liaise with
external partners and payment providers
.
Systems & Technical Support
-
Configure, test, and troubleshoot
ANPR camera systems
.

Identify and resolve faults within operational systems.
-
Manage
pricing updates
and ongoing system maintenance.

Assist with the
testing, implementation, and rollout of new systems and processes
.
Reporting & Data Management
-
Produce
revenue and operational reports
.

Conduct
PCN reporting and data analysis
.

Perform
data accuracy checks
and ensure integrity of records.

Manage and analyse data using
Excel-based reporting tools
.
Digital & Business Support
-
Update and maintain
website content
.

Monitor and respond to
customer reviews
.

Contribute to
process improvements
and operational problem-solving.

Provide
general business support
as required.
Skills & Experience Required

Strong
customer service
and communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and data management.

Experience using
Adobe
or similar tools is beneficial.

Excellent
telephone manner
and interpersonal skills.
