Foreman - Drainage and Slabbing Project

Pay: £180 - £220 per day

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Foreman with a strong background in groundworks to manage a drainage and slabbing project in Walsall. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a vital project and work with a committed team.

• Oversee all site activities related to drainage and slabbing works.
• Lead and manage the groundworks team, ensuring efficient and high-quality performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to maintain smooth project operations.
• Ensure health and safety standards are strictly adhered to on site.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.

• Proven experience as a Foreman on groundworks projects, including drainage and slabbing.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• In-depth knowledge of groundworks processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• CSCS card and other relevant qualifications are highly desirable.

• Competitive daily rate of £180 - £220, based on experience.
