We're looking for a
skilled Class 2 Driver with HIAB experience
to join our construction team based in
Aldridge, Walsall

Pay Rate
£18.00 - £20.00 per hour
, depending on experience.
About the Role
This is a varied position that combines
professional driving
with
on-site installation work
. You'll be transporting equipment and assisting with the installation of street furniture - including
bus shelters
and
digital advertising screens
- at sites across the UK.
You'll work within a small, dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality projects.

Nationwide travel required

Overnight stays when needed (accommodation & reasonable expenses provided)

role (with an initial trial period)
Key Responsibilities
-
Driving and operating
HGV Class 2 vehicles
, complying with all relevant transport legislation

Safe loading/unloading and securing of materials and equipment

Supporting site teams with
installations, removals, and groundwork

Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
-
Maintaining a professional, safe approach on all sites
Requirements
Essential:

Full
UK HGV Class 2 (Category C)
licence
-
Valid
Driver CPC
-
Digital Tachograph
card
-
CSCS card
-
Previous experience in a
construction or highways
environment

Flexibility to work away from home when required

Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team

Physically fit for manual site duties
Highly Desirable:

HIAB / ALLMI
certification(ideally hook trained)
