After recent growth within this fast-paced PE backed business, I am now looking for an ambitious Management Accountant to join their dynamic team based just outside of Walsall (hybrid work on offer).

As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal part in the company’s further expansion by looking after several highly profitable entities from a financial perspective while interacting with the Senior Finance Manager on a regular basis on more strategic based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for several evolving entities.
• Variance analysis and commentary on performance against budget and forecast.
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, able to put controls in place.
• Support the Senior Finance Manager and Group Reporting Manager with ad-hoc projects as required.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiencies across the finance function.

Key Requirements:

• Part qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with excellent Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Experience as a Management Accountant in a fast-paced environment, preferably with exposure in construction or manufacturing industry.
• Ambitious with strong commercial acumen and proven business partnering skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
