EWI Supervisor Wales (PAYE or Subcontractor)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced EWI Supervisor to oversee the installation of external wall insulation systems across residential and commercial projects in Wales. The successful candidate will ensure that work is completed to high standards, in line with project specifications, industry regulations, and health & safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate EWI installation teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

Provide technical support and guidance to installers, ensuring correct application methods.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to maintain smooth project progress.

Order materials, manage stock levels, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Complete quality assurance checks and sign off completed works.

Maintain accurate site reports and documentation.

Ensure all work complies with health & safety policies, RAMS, and relevant building regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in EWI installation and site supervision .

Strong understanding of PAS 2030/2035 standards and external wall insulation systems.

Valid CSCS card (Supervisor level preferred).

SSSTS/SMSTS qualification (preferred for PAYE roles).

Experience working on ECO4, social housing, or commercial projects is advantageous.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Wales.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
