Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment a Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors.

The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• The commercial management of construction projects from start to finish
• Managing all financials and contracts to ensure projects are delivered within cost and budget
• Pre-contract management and subcontract appointments
• Reviewing valuations and applications and managing procurement and payments
• Managing risks and leading contract reviews
• Leading on dispute resolution
• Managing more junior staff in the commercial team

The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will need:

• Previous experience working as a QS or Senior QS
• Construction industry experience in a commercial role
• Good experience of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Good communication skills with the ability to influence
• Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects
