Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment a Pre-Construction Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors.

The Pre-Construction Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing turnkey projects from tender through to launch
• Ensuring all bid information is completed, acting as the key contact for all stakeholders
• Attending client meetings and managing the flow of information throughout the pre-con stage
• Developing design and project plans taking into account risk management and mitigations
• Working with external consultants
• Setting out budgets and margin expectations

The Pre-Construction Manager will need:

• Previous experience of managing projects at the pre-construction stage as a stand alone role or as part of a wider management position
• Construction management experience
• Experience of managing costs at the design stage
• Excellent team management and communication skills
• Experience of working to deadlines
• Customer facing experience
