Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appoint a Design Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors working across a number of diverse sectors.

The Design Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing a multi-disciplinary construction design team
• Planning and managing workload in line with project deadlines
• Co-ordinating specialist external engineering design
• Leading on the design of prestigious projects
• Developing designs taking into account project plans and relevant building controls
• Reporting and presenting on designs ensuring communication with all stakeholders

The Design Manager will need:

• Experience of construction based design using Revit
• Knowledge of building regulations
• Workload and team management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working to deadlines in a fast paced environment
• A high level of motivation and enthusiasm to deliver and progress in a dynamic commercial business environment
