Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appointment an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the commercial management of construction projects from start to finish
• Working with the commercial team to ensure all financials and contracts are delivered within cost and budget
• Providing reports and administration for pre-construction and subcontract appointments
• Monitoring valuations and applications through procurement and payments
• Demonstrating an awareness of risk management
• Supporting on dispute resolutions

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need:

• Previous experience working in a QS based junior level role
• Construction industry experience in a commercial role
• Quantity Surveying degree
• Good communication skills
