Overview

We are looking for a customer care/finisher to join the new build housing team, You play a key role in ensuring high standards of work and communication skills delivered to our customers after they move into their new homes,you must have your own transport as you ll be travelling from site to site

this role will include a variety of finishing/handyman duties from minor touch ups and joinery bases though to basic painting and general handyman duties to ensure customers satisfaction with their new homes, while ensuring they meet the highest standards.

The Client

Our Client is a large New build housing specialist who operates nationwide.

Job Description

Main duties on a day-to-day basis -

• Paint and Decorating
• Patching, Snagging
• Sealing and Caulking
• General Handyman Duties
• Customer Care Works

Requirements

• A Valid CSCS Card
• Own tools
• Previous Experience
• Checkable reference if not worked with Fawkes and Reece.
