BMS Engineer
seeking a dynamic role in a fast-paced, service-driven team? We are hiring a talented professional to deliver exceptional building management system (BMS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine checks, fault monitoring, and repairs for BMS & control systems.
Replace and calibrate components like actuators, valves, and controllers.
Download and install software for system updates.
Manage spare parts, coordinate with contractors, and maintain service records.
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and participate in on-call shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
Expertise with
TAC
or
Trend
operating systems.
Proven experience in BMS installation and maintenance.
Qualified to
BS7671 17th Edition
or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of 3-phase & star delta equipment.
Full UK driving license and flexibility for seasonal shifts.
Personal Attributes:
Highly professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Adaptable, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
