We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Lecturer to join our client's dedicated Built Environment team at their college. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering, looking to make a significant impact in the educational sector by contributing to the planning and introduction of T Levels.
Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver educational programs from Level 2 to Level 5, including BTEC/Edexcel/Pearson courses in Construction and the Built Environment/Civil Engineering.

Engage and inspire students through high-quality lectures and course materials.

Participate in the continuous development and planning of curriculum and courses to meet educational standards and industry needs.

Collaborate with team members to enhance teaching methods and overall student experience.

Provide academic and professional guidance to students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.

A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in the Construction industry.

Strong commitment to educational excellence and innovation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Prior teaching experience is beneficial but not required as full teacher training will be provided.
