THE ROLE

• Pivotal leadership position responsible for spearheading cloud migration, data integration, governance, and advanced analytics initiatives
• Drive strategy for a large-scale enterprise migration from disparate on-prem databases to cloud (AWS) while ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility across the enterprise.
• Building a strong data governance culture and ensuring stakeholders understand the importance of data integrity
• Shifting analytics from reactive to proactive, providing strategic insights and asking the right business questions

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic data initiatives
• Experience in managing large teams with a focus on data governance and analytics
• The ability to balance technical knowledge with strategic business acumen
• Expertise in cloud migrations, particularly AWS, Snowflake, and SQL
• Strong experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Tableau, and Python
