A well-established construction consultancy in Leeds is looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor . This role offers the chance to work with a highly regarded client base and play a key part in delivering complex, large-scale developments across the region and nationally.


The consultancy is particularly active in the Commercial, Lesiure, Retail, living sectors , including Commecial, Build to Rent (BtR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) , alongside a growing pipeline of industrial and logistics schemes . As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to drive successful commercial outcomes from early feasibility through to project completion.
