A Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management or another related construction degree
Previous experience in a quantity surveying role within the UK construction industry
Understanding of traditional construction methods
Understanding of project delivery phases and associated quantity surveying actions
Demonstrable experience of administrating JCT and/or NEC contracts independently
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management, organisational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
The ability to take full responsibility for all aspects of a construction project
