Develop integrated, linked programmes to support work winning activities and live projects
Update project programmes to reflect progress and / or changes in the build sequence
Carry out site visits to monitor and report progress of construction programmes when required
Interrogate progress information supplied to ensure that progress is reported accurately and with reference to the contract
Analyse critical paths and key milestones and advise Project Managers of any risks, opportunities and any mitigation strategies to maintain the project completion date.
