Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and assess routes for oversized and heavy cargo.
• Create and review technical documents (e.g., method statements, risk assessments).
• Work with engineers on load and stability calculations.
• Analyse cargo dimensions and specifications to ensure safe transport.
• Review lifting plans and rigging arrangements.
• Coordinate with ports, shipping lines, and transport providers.
• Oversee loading, securing, and discharge of cargo.
• Manage documentation
• Track and update project time lines in management systems.
• Be the technical contact for clients during execution.
• Conduct site visits and cargo surveys.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Support the commercial team with technical input for bids and proposals.
• Maintain and follow ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
• Stay updated on regulations and industry best practices.

Ideal Professional :

• Project Freight Experience 2yr +
• Experience handling complex or heavy cargo projects
• Experience working within the Oil/Gas/Technical Projects
