• Proven experience in business development or sales within BEMS, BMS, energy management, or building services
• Strong understanding of building controls, HVAC systems, and energy performance principles
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders Full driving licence and willingness to travel
