Job Title :Logistics Project Manager

Location : Birmingham

Salary : £45-50,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget constraints.
• Develop project plans, time-lines, and milestones, and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to align project objectives with overall business goals.
• Foster effective communication and cooperation among team members to drive successful project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain, implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyse data and key performance indicators to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions in the supply chain.
• Monitor and address any issues that may arise during the project life cycle.
• Work closely with suppliers and third-party partners to ensure alignment with project requirements and time lines.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms for the organisation.

Ideal Candidate:

• Project Management 3year+
• Supply chain Experience
• Large Business Accounts £1m +
• Excellent Communication with stakeholders
• Solutions Experience
