Electrical Estimator Overview:

An opportunity to work with a privately owned family company who prioritise eco-friendly electrical installations nationwide. As Electrical Estimator you will be helping to deliver projects throughout a wide variety of sectors including industrial, retail, and commercial.

Electrical Estimator Responsibilities

As an Electrical Estimator you will be joining a small estimating team, designing & costing a mixture of projects with typical values of between £100k-£5m. Responsibilities may include:

- Liaising with clients and architects during tender stage to provide detailed cost plans, schedules and programmes for agreement of contract sum

- Involvement in negotiating, procurement and subcontract selection in conjunction with management team

- Providing financial and programme updates throughout the project including costing and reporting

- Preparing monthly valuations

- Quality Control

Electrical Estimator Requirements

- Experience working as an Electrical Estimator, within a MEP contractor or similar

- Minimum 2 years electrical estimating experience

- Electrical background

- Experience estimating with an electrical package
