Carry out all aspects of first and second fix joinery within occupied and void social housing properties.
Install and upgrade doors, frames, skirting boards, architraves, flooring, kitchens, cupboards, and other timber components.
Undertake works associated with retrofit projects, including insulation-related joinery alterations and reinstatement works.
Fit and adjust fire doors in line with regulatory requirements.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Work closely with site supervisors, retrofit coordinators, and other trades.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
Communicate effectively and professionally with tenants, residents, and housing representatives.
Complete job sheets, reports, and photographic records where required.
Adhere to health and safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations at all times.
Identify and report any additional repairs, defects, or health and safety concerns.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in domestic joinery.
Experience working within social housing, planned maintenance, or refurbishment projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
