Charge Hand - Steelfixers
Location: HS2 - BBV Project, Stoneleigh/Kenilworth

We are currently looking for an experienced Steelfixing Charge Hand to join our team on the BBV HS2 project in Stoneleigh, Kenilworth.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Steelfixing Charge Hand
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Valid CSCS Black/Gold Card

* SMSTS or SSSTS
* HS2 induction and relevant safety-critical tickets are advantageous

Responsibilities:

* Supervising and coordinating steelfixers on site
* Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
* Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
* Liaising with site management and ensuring compliance with site procedures
