Carpenter Charge Hand Required - BBV HS2, Lichfield

We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Charge Hand to join our team on the BBV HS2 project in Lichfield.

Requirements:
* Proven experience leading carpentry teams on construction or civil engineering projects
* Valid CSCS Card
* SSSTS preferred but not essential
* Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
* Ability to organise workloads and maintain high-quality standards

Duties:
* Supervise and coordinate site carpenters
* Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
* Liaise with site management and other trades
* Maintain productivity and quality across the work area
