As this is a more project led role, we're ideally looking for experience in Employer's Agent or Contract Administration duties. You should also have experience in building surveys, preparing design proposals and writing specifications, tender activities and preparing contract documents etc. We're looking for at least 3-4 years Building Surveying experience, ideally work client side / consultancy. Any experience working on similar building types is certainly an advantage. Strong communication skills are essential, as is an organised approach and an ability to build strong relationships both with clients, stakeholders and team members.
